There are variations of normal in labor, birth, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding... your body and baby are unique and need space for variations of what is most expected. You can find a healthcare provider who honors what your goals, desires, and your needs for birth are....and for your child's care.

When I was pregnant, I searched for 3 healthcare providers; a pediatrician, an OB/GYN, and a midwife who all aligned with my values, could meet my medical needs, and help my family in the best way.

I went into each interview PREPARED.

I did my research, asked friends (and nearly every mom I met) lots of questions about their process, and gathered contacts for all three types of the healthcare providers who I needed. I founds providers who I wanted to interview & asked the BEST questions for my baby and my needs.

What is important to you will be unique to your family. Because of this, I am offering a FREE 20-minute call, to help guide you in your interview process.
