There are several mysteries in Scripture, authority is one of them. Yet the Scriptures talk about it, miracles come from it, and all believers have access to it.

So while we hold the mystery of it we can also operate in it. The authority we have in Christ is over all the power of the evil one. Did you just read that? I’ll say it again, for those in the back. The authority we have in Christ is over ALL THE POWER OF THE EVIL ONE.

El Shaddai is one of God’s names, meaning “God almighty” or “God’s supreme authority”.
